Shaping the Future
Guided by Grace

Whichever Secondary School you consider, it’s important to know the facts before you make your choice.

Since 2006 Fr. Antony Pagani Secondary School has inspired students to become ethical leaders who lead lives of significance in service to God and others. Surrounded by a peaceful Catholic Church, students are immersed in rigorous academic offerings, active and exciting social experiences and enriching spiritual.

How we started our Journey

Fr.Antony Pagani is a Catholic Private Girls School owned by the Dimese sisters and it bears the name of the Father Founder of the Dimesse Sisters. The school was started on 2nd February 2006 as a day school with a total of 54 students, one Sister, three teachers and three non teaching staff. The aim was to promote the girl child education and especially within Rumuruti area.

Challenges Overcomed

Being a girls day school, the students encountered a number of challenges such as girls renting houses on their own which was a risk for the girl child. The girls also lacked electricity which could be of help to them when doing personal studies. There was also scarcity of water and food due to poverty. The plethora of problems made it hard for the girls to study.
As a result, the Dimesse Sisters under the leadership of the late Sr. Tiziana in consultation with Bishop Emeritus Luigi Paiaro, Fr Vaccari and the School board of Management found it wise to start a boarding school.

The Transition

The school transitioned to a boarding school on 15th January 2008 and from then, it was able to open doors to students coming outside Rumuruti area.

This is usually on the First Wednesday of the term. Pagani's also has a culture of early morning Masses on Wednesday and Friday. This is capped by the Sunday Mass.

School Anthem

  1. Living together believing together. How can we not talk about family? and family is all we got. Together our love bond will never be broken, a legacy by Father Antony Pagani, in a dream come true, a light brought to shine by the Dimesse Sisters. We head on, we fight on, never letting go, of what is worth, fighting for.
  2. Our education, elevates, from one level to the other. Started from the bottom, headed for the top, Giving the best we all have, seeing the girl child, develop in all spheres of life. We put God first, in all we do. He is always there. He guides us all, in our steps.
  3. We came to win, through hard work and prayer, and our self determination, "What doesn't kill us, makes us stronger", this is the slogan of Pagani. We grow in all ways, academically, morally, spiritually. We ought to do our part, and light a new flame and let it burn, we promise.
