Since 2006 Fr. Antony Pagani Secondary School has inspired students to become ethical leaders who lead lives of significance in service to God and others. Surrounded by a peaceful Catholic Church, students are immersed in rigorous academic offerings, active and exciting social experiences and enriching spiritual.
Fr.Antony Pagani is a Catholic Private Girls School owned by the Dimese sisters and it bears the name of the Father Founder of the Dimesse Sisters. The school was started on 2nd February 2006 as a day school with a total of 54 students, one Sister, three teachers and three non teaching staff. The aim was to promote the girl child education and especially within Rumuruti area.
Being a girls day school, the students encountered a number of challenges such as girls renting houses on their own which was a risk for the girl child. The girls also lacked electricity which could be of help to them when doing personal studies. There was also scarcity of water and food due to poverty. The plethora of problems made it hard for the girls to study.
As a result, the Dimesse Sisters under the leadership of the late Sr. Tiziana in consultation with Bishop Emeritus Luigi Paiaro, Fr Vaccari and the School board of Management found it wise to start a boarding school.
The school transitioned to a boarding school on 15th January 2008 and from then, it was able to open doors to students coming outside Rumuruti area.

Fr.Antony Pagani Secondary School has maintained a very rich culture. The culture starts from when students are enrolled in the school; the continuing students are required to help the new students in finding their ways in the school in the shortest time possible.
It has also been observed over the years that all the terms' Calendars are opened by having a guidance and counseling process.
This is usually on the First Wednesday of the term. Pagani's also has a culture of early morning Masses on Wednesday and Friday. This is capped by the Sunday Mass.
Fr.Antony Pagani Secondary School is a girls school allowing enrollment from all over the country but on merit.
It also admits students from both public and private primary schools but mostly applying an affirmative action policy to save the students from marginalized semi-arid areas of Laikipia county.
The vetting of students for admission is throughout. It is carried out by Dimesse Sisters.
